Photographer, Seafarer, Pilot, Jurist and Geographer.
Born and raised in the southern part of lower saxony, Justus traveled to more than 40 countries in the last ten years. Including an expedition to Antarctica. What sets his photography apart is his aim to not only replicate a scene as a photograph, but to visualize what he has experienced and learned while taking the photo.
Justus studied Law and Geography and currently works as a trainee lawyer at the higher regional court of Bamberg in northern Bavaria. He occasionally works as a photography guide or lecturer on cruise ships.
His lectures focus either on photography or everything relating law and geography. Such as “Run for the Pole – Geopolitics and Climate Change 90° North”, “The Arctic in our Heart” or “The Photography Paradox – Concrete Concepts and Good Photography”, as well as some true crime storytelling.
